This progressive leadership program builds on the foundation laid in Advanced Leadership Program, “Your mind creates your reality,” and further cements the importance of trust in all facets of your life. The outward demonstration of Inner Trust is your comfort in vulnerability and change, confidence in decision making, and authenticity in relationships

The fundamentals of Quantum Physics will assist us in exploring the science of energy management. By embracing the science of energy, your life will become less stressful, increasingly easier and more enjoyable.


In this three day program, you will learn:

  • Use your Inner Trust to become a fully integrated leader who inspires, motivates and achieves sustainable team results
  • Take action on what you know is most important with greater ease

Requirements & Logistics:

  • Pharmacy Owners and Managers who have completed the PDS Advanced Leadership Program.
  • Workshops will be held Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM. Please arrange your travel plans accordingly so you are able to fully participate each day.


IMPORTANT NOTE: PDS is not responsible for travel arrangements and costs; we recommend booking fares that are fully refundable or can be changed if necessary.


PDS Member Cost:

Please see below for the pricing structure. If an additional person from your pharmacy would like to participate, the cost is $500 per additional person.

  • Core: 1 Seat Annually for $795 per participant
  • Advanced: 1 Seat Annually for $795 participant
  • Elite: 3 Complimentary Seats Annually. Additional seats are available at $500 each.

Note: If you cannot attend this training, you may send a substitute ONLY if they've been through ALP. Cancellations prior to June 30 will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations between July 1 and July 10 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after July 11.
